My suggestion will be the following rig

Athlon II X4 630 2.8GHz @ 4.4k
MSI 880GMA-E45 @ 5.8k
Kingston 2 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 2.1k
Seagate 500 GB 7200 RPM @ 1.7k
NXT GAMA @ 2k
Tagan Stone Rock TG500-U37 500 Watt @ 3.5k
BenQ G2220HD Full HD Monitor @ 7.5k
LG 22X SATA DVD Writer @ 1k
Keyborad & Mouse @ 0.5k
Altec Lansing VS-2421 @ 2.5k
APC 550VA UPS @ 1.95K

total 33k

Managing everything within 30k including a decent graphics card is very very difficult to get. Otherwise the above mentioned system is well suited for all your need. You will get SATA 3 and USB 3 support, a great full HD monitor and a good PSU for future Graphics card update.

I would stick to Corsair VX450 for PSU. It beats the Tagan in the oscilloscope test, a very important test. In any case I would stay a mile away from cooler master PSUs.
For motherboard I would avoid ASUS and for monitor I would stick to dell or benQ

Is Tagan TG-500-U37 different than the 1 u mentioned?coz TG-500-U37 is for 3k.
Since OP is gonna be playin games wont it be better for him if he goes for Athlon II X2 250 for 3k,a MoBo for arnd 3.5k(Biostar TA785G3 or maybe some other for tht price) n some generic cabby for 1k?Coz this way he can save almost 5k n go for Sapphire 5670 512MB for 5k..jus a tot!!

The graphics card scenario is a bit confusing at present. AMD launching new series, people awaiting Nvidia GT 440 which seems unlikely after Nvidia announced GTX 580. AMD 6 series seems to be providing a decent performance boost at current price levels, but launches are a while away for mid range cards. So can't say if it is the best time to buy an HD 5670.
In any case, I would say X4 is the better choice considering octa cores are almost on their way in. Sual cores seem a bit outdated now.

^^Yups..couldn't agree with u more!!
I was jus tryin to squeeze in everything for OP as he has a very tight budget!!Otherwise I too think he should drop the GPU idea for now n get Athlon II X4!!

X4 635
ASUS M4A88T-M ASUSTeK Computer Inc.
2GB DDR3 1333MHz (get 2x 2GB if possible)
500GB HDD
CM Elite 310/NZXT GAMMA
Corsair CX400/VX450
22" LCD
DVD Writer
Keyboard+mouse
2.1 speakers, UPS as per choice/budget

Get gfx card later. You may need a a psu like VX550 if you plan on getting something better than a GTS450/HD5770.
