Can I sell computers under my brand name ?

Hi... I am assembling and selling computers from past 3 years, I want to know... Can I sell these PC's under my own brand name ?

IMO you require a Commercial License to do that. But I do not have enough knowledge on the subject.

You can give a specific model no. to a specific assembled config. under your name. That wont be any any problem.
Say, VSCi3-500G-4G
Where VS is Vineet Sharma
Ci3 is Core i3
500G is 500GB HDD
4G is 4GB RAM

Thanks all for the insights, but I am still confused with the legal aspects of the same and what kind of licenses are required. Can anyone throw some light on them !
