Can CX400 handle Zotac GTS 450 Amp Edition?

Can Corsair CX400 handle Zotac GTS 450 1GB Amp Edition effectively...??? Remaining PC Config are as follows.

Intel core i3 540
Seagate 500 GB.
4GB Ram(Corsair)

^^ no worry. it'll support. total power consumption will be around ~250W. even if CX400W offers 350W (in worst case), theres a 100W gap to reach deadline.

Now....two contradictory opinions..I dont have much budget to afford VX450 :(...My budget is around Rs 2.7k). I guess it can handle GTS 450 since CX400 can easily handle HD 5770. GTS 450 and HD 5770 require almost the same power requirements.....

CX400 can deliver 360W on it's +12V rail and with the gfx card installed your rig will consume around 300W - so you are perfectly safe to buy a CX400.

Depending on the overall config, a CX400 maybe considered as a tight-budget version of the VX450 if one may say so.
It should be able to handle a GTS 450/HD5770 along with the rest of the components you mentioned.
