Buying new GPU and PSU

Hi guys, need your help.

Few months back my dad wanted to upgrade his PC. It was an antique P4 PC :D

So, I suggested the following build,

i3-3220
Gigabyte GA B75m D3h
Corsair Value Select 4GB 1333Mhz
WD 500GB HDD 7200rpm
Corsair cx430v2

But that a$$h0l3 computer wala brainwashed my dad and installed some elcheapo PSU. iBall I think. I still din't check the wattage. It came with the iBall case.

Now I need your help regarding this,

I just came to visit my parents and decided to add a GPU to the setup while I'm here. I'm thinking HD5670 1GB DDR3, nothing fancy.
Just want this PC to play basic games at 720p res. (It is connected to a 720p monitor)
My mom and sis play games like AOE, SimCity, Super Meat Boy, Limbo, World of Goo, NFS. Just that kinda stuff.

HD5670 was available for ~4k in flipkart, so I thought I'll get it.
I am also welcome to other GPU suggestions.

Should I upgrade my PSU or will this elcheapo crap be able to handle it? As per my understanding HD5670 just requires 75W at full load right?

Please provide your valuable feedback on this.! Appreciate it :)

Hmmm. So I can get 5670 itself right? Cuz its cheaper. And my PSU is a 240w unit with 17A on 12v rail.

AMD Radeon HD 6570 (1GB) Review & Rating | PCMag.com
PROS
Inexpensive. An improvement over integrated graphics. Uses only a single PCIe slot.
CONS
Not good for gaming.
BOTTOM LINE
Its sub-$80 price makes the AMD Radeon HD 6570 an attractive alternative to integrated graphics, but its gaming skills are too weak to easily seal the deal.
