Buying cheap BOOTABLE pendrive

Hi all,
I want to buy a cheap new pendrive which would be bootable and has a small(thin) form factor. I believe 8GB will suffice as i only wish to carry some important data(1GB) + 1 Operating System(probably Ubuntu portable version). The drive should be cheap.
Please give advice.
Additionaly, pls suggest where can i buy it in Delhi, as in where from Nehru Place

Hey man all flash drive bootable, just select a gud one 4m da market. Better get drives 4m kingston, toshiba etc.

Sorry to say but u've got it wrong there. I might not have much market/price knowledge but im clear that many drives available today in the markets are NOT bootable. I dont knw abt kingston but ive heard Toshiba and SanDisk Drive are bootable.

If any one used a specific one from any brand then pls tell me.

^^ why so all flash drive have got boot sector, only the mobo should support usb booting and that will make the flash drive a bootable one provided an os is loaded on it

All flash drives can be made bootable.. Just like all CD/DVDs can be made bootable :)

according to me Corsair z d best... its got 10 yrs of warranty v can get it replaced whenever it givesup... i'm using it from past 1yr it works pritty well...
n as said above all flash drives can be made bootable...

here in Bangalore v get it for 900 bucks for a 8GB drive...
