Hi,

1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Autodesk Building Suite- 2012. & 3Dmax

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: Rs.65000 can extend upto 75000

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans:No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans:Windows 7 -- (64 bit required???)

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans:1TB

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans:Yes - 19" or above

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans:want to buy full pc,-- cpu, monitor, KB, mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans:within a month

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans:yes i have built pc before. will buy as spare parts...

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans:Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, will be buying locally.

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans: a guy from intercad suggested to buy nvidia geforce gtx 560 ti graphics card... so will go with it...

Actually budget is little tight, if it can be stretched to 35K then a balanced config i possible.

Here is my suggestion:

AMD Phenom II X4 960T B.E. @ 6.9K
Gigabyte GA-78LMT-S2P (Rev 3.1) @ 2.6K
Corsair Value Series 4GB X 1 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 1.2K
Sapphire HD 6670 1 GB GDDR5 @ 5.4K
WD Caviar Blue 500 GB SATA II HDD @ 4.1K
Normal Cabinet without SMPS @ 0.8K
Corsair CX 430 V2 @ 2.2K
Acer 205H 20" LCD Display (1600X900) @ 5.1K
Amkette Keyboard & Mouse Combo @ 0.4K
Zebronics 600VA UPS @ 1.5K

Total: 30.2K. I think this is the best I can do at this budget

Processor:AMD FX 8150 @ 12k;
Motherboard:Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3 @6.6k
RAM:Gskill RipjawsX 4GBx2 @3.2k
HDD:WD Cavair Blue 1TB @5.2k
SSD: Corsair Force Series 3 120 @7.5k
Optical drive: Asus DRW-24B3ST @1.1k
Cabinet:NZXT Source 210 elite:2.5k
Graphic card:Gigabyte AMD GV-R7850OC-2GD@16.5k
PSU:Seasonic S12-II-520 @3.9k
Monitor: Dell U2312H @15.3k
Mouse&KB:Logitech MK200 @0.7k
Total=74.5k

Dell U2312H is an ips monitor, has better viewing angles and colour reproduction than TN panel monitors.
HD7850 has much better compute capabilities than gtx560ti.
SSD would make the system more responsive and faster.
Update the firmware of the SSD if you get it.
