Buying a new smart phone guide

Hi guys, new to digit forum. and i really need a lot of help in buying up a brand new smartphone. please read below my preferrences and help me get one.

Budget: 10000 (less than)
OS preferrence: Symbian(s60v5)/android {dont recommend bada os, blackberry, webos etc.}
touch screen or querty.( larger the screen better it is)
good camera.
minimum 600ghz processor and high available ram.
awesome build quality.
good battery life.
chepest.

nokia c6 (not sure about its price - 13000 at local store and at 9800 on amazon )

dell xcd 35 (made my a chinese companay ZTE) - i dont trust china mall.

also i have checked out a few chinese android alternatives. they are dam cheam. you can find them at Wholesale Electronics - China Wholesale - Dropship From China . should i go for chinavision cells. are they generic . never heard about them before . plzz help!

cancelled the ones that are above your budget or are on outdated OS or China made.

so only C5-03, O1 & Fit left. go for any. but Fit won't last you even a day under moderate use. so Nokia C5-03 or O1. your take.

My Vote: Optimus One. best 10k touchscreen mobile.

Optimus one seems to win and am pretty much in agreement with these revies. but today i visited a shop with offered me cherry mobile magnum hd. this amazing mobile is from a philipenes company (i dont trust) at rs 9600. it has android 2.3 , 4.5 inch screen, touch screen, 512 mb ram, 800 mhz cpu. could some help me if its reallly loaded with android or not. he also offers me 1 year manufacturers warranty (provided by DEll - thats so stange).

A quick search for "cherry mobile magnum" showed a mobile phone with android 2.2, 1 GHz proccy, 4.1" screen etc. It seems that it's a rebranded Huawei Ideos X6…
If that shopkeeper actually was refering to this mobile (ideos x6) then I think it would be a steal at just 9.8k.
Why dont you ask the shopkeeper to have a quick hands on, before finalising???

And Optimus One is the best available handset under 10k, that's why everyone of us is suggesting it. We would have suggested you the same even if you haven't given any options

ya friends! it wasnt even cherry mobile magnum which is actually rebranded Huawei Ideos X6. rather its just a immitation. i can say this because android app store is in chinese and contains only uselesss , non working java apps.. thank god didnt go for it. saving my bucks for o1,.will get it by may 15-16.. till then keep recommending phones. and please suggest price for o1. how much shld i pay for it.. and is any other phone upcomming at below 10k plz inform me!!!!!!!!

MY friends got galaxy ace and i would skip it completely. battery life is really a pain in ones ass. as he bought he played around with it and with 5 hrs battery was dumb. even without use batttery doesn last longer than 20 hrs..

well samsung galaxy 3 is priced at 9k and samsung galaxy 5. wats about them! are they better than optimus one.

till now i think i wanna go with o1 . (i would miss my nokia and s60v5 a lot. owned nokia n72 , n96 , 5233 , but now following others recommendations to go with android!!!!!!!1

The phones marked in BOLD are crap now. Go with LG Optimus One(P500) or wait for HTC Wildfire S

well recommend any other cell... am now considering samsung galaxy fit and nokia c5 05....

Save the money. HVGA resolution is the minimum you should get... Anything below that is crap screen... total waste of money.

I have an Optimus One and I can vouch for the fact that the colour depth on my O1 is stunning... 256,000 colours is good enough for me... add to it Android Froyo 2.2, excellent web browser, Wifi, Bluetooth, GPS with Navigation support, Compass, 3.2" multitouch capacitive HVGA screen, 3MP camera with VGA recording, good sound output, Fast 600 Mhz CPU, dedicated powerful GPU, plenty of RAM...
