Build Advice Needed 60K Gaming Rig

Right off the assembly line
1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run? (Stupid answers like 'gaming' or 'office work' will not work. Be exact. Which games? Which applications? Avoid the word 'et cetera.')
Ans: Currently want to be able to play Skyrim, Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood on high/ultra settings.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: inr 60-65K

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: A little, nothing crazy

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: Win 7 64 bit

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 500 GB 7200

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Plan to get the Benq G2222HDL (1920 x 1080 Res)

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: UPS

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: ASAP

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: I will build it myself

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Delhi, Nehru Place

11. Anything else which you would like to say?
Ans:

  1. I have been researching for a while now and I think I have my parts down. I will not be OCing much to start with but might experiment with it in the future.
  2. I am going for the 6850 right now because I plan to upgrade my card next year. I know the new cards are coming out this summer and I would like to wait for a year before I get them. Current games should work fine on the 6850, right?
  3. My monitor is going to be the Benq G2222HDL (1920 x 1080 Res)
  4. Since I wont be OCing much, if at all, I think I should be fine with the stock cooler that comes with the 2500 k? Thoughts?
  5. Would also like your input on the mobo. I chose the LE model Vs the plain V because I don't need bluetooth and i will probably not be using SLI. I don't see the point in Crossfiring either when I can just go to Nehru Place, trade in my old card and get a discount on a new one.

Here is my build idea

CPU: Intel Core i5-2500K 3.3GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus P8Z68-V LE ATX LGA1155 Motherboard
Memory: G.Skill Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
Hard Drive: Seagate Barracuda 500GB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: MSI Radeon HD 6850 1GB Video Card
Case: Cooler Master Elite 430 ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Antec 650W ATX12V / EPS12V Power Supply
Optical Drive: Asus DRW-24B1ST/BLK/B/AS DVD/CD Writer

Can this fit in my budget?

Thanks very much for your time and input :)

If you want to play the mentioned games in ultra settings then you need something with more horse power than HD 6850.

Here is my suggestion:-

AMD Phenom II X6 1090T BE @ 9K
CM Hyper 212 EVO CPU Cooler @ 2K
Biostar TA 990FXE @ 8.6K
G-skill RipjawX 1600 MHz 4GB X 2 DDR3 @ 3.2K
Seagate 500 GB SATA 7200.12 @ 4.5K
Power Color HD 6970 2GB GDDR5 @ 20.5K
BenQ G2220HDL 21.5" 1080P LED Display @ 7.6K
XFX ProSeries 650W PSU @ 4.6K (XFX SMPS ProSeries 650W PSU - www.deltapage.com)
Logitech G400 Gaming Mouse @ 1.3K
Normal Keyboard @ 0.4K

Total 61.7K.

With the Cooler, 1090T can be easily overclocked around 4.2 Ghz, providing performance closer to 2500K.

thanks but I will keep my intel build.. I will be upgrading my card later this year. Please let me know if my build is possible... I certainly don't want to drop 20k on a graphics card

PowerHouse
^ Corsair TX650w or Corsair GS600w will do good.

If you need something futureproof then get Corsair HX850 or Seasonic X 850w.

BMG ftw!!
My suggestion would be:
TX650v2 or TX750v2.

Modular: HX750 or Ax 750 or Seasonic X750W (last two are same)

Component | Make | Price Processor |Intel Core i5 2500k |12500
Motherboard |Asus P8P67-M-PRO|9500
RAM |G-skill Ripjaws X F3-12800CL9S-4GBXL|1500
Graphic Card |Sapphire HD 6950 2GB PCIE|16250
HDD |WDC 250GB Blue WD2500AAKX|3766
DVD Writer |ASUS 24X Sata Black DVD|1150
PSU |Corsair TX750V2|6200
Case |CORSAIR CARBIDE 400R|5000
Monitor |Benq G2222HDL|7300
Keyboard |Logitech MK200|300
Mouse |Razer Abyssus|1500
Speakers |Logitech Z313|1600
| Total |66315

Overshoots your budget by 1K just to add good SMPS.

If you want it inside 65K, then replace TX750V2 with GS600 which will reduce 2.5K from your budget.

@d6bmg
The HD6950 2GB version costs around 2k more and is a more future proof investment, IMO. Just my 2 cents
