Bugs In Yahoo messenger Beta 8

i downloaded yahoo messenger beta version 8 from yahoo site...
it damaged my system registry & every time it starts in safe mode only..
i had formated my pc & downloaded it again....it had same errors

This time even serious....
my system shut down showing Fatal error 000X00CA with a blue screen.
i had to reinstall winxp again for that as the last step to on my pc...
Please help....

Download the final version of 8. This is totally weird Clear up your registry too, and search for conflicts (mostly audio ones maybe ?)

Also, is that hex exactly what was shown ?

same here... i have 2 systems... media centre and p 64 bit... 64 bit is not even running in safe mode... it comes up with some username ADMINISTRATOR and asks for password.... this also happens in safe mode... and all this after yahoomessenger 8... i chechked fo the useage grafh it was showing 100% when yahoo messenger was running... i have 100gb hdd and 1gb ram... in athlon 64 bit 3500. asus a8nvm. kindly advise

Friends, download yahoo messenger with BT uk version it hasnt got any errors, & has the facility of voice chat too. u will get it from download.com.....

some1 must have cracked the yahoo msngr from yahoo site
