Budget range LCD television

could anyone suggest me a good LCD television for a price range of 35k-40k.....i want a 32" ore above screen??which one should i opt for..sharp,panasonic,sony or samsung??? my local dealers say its better to buy sharp..could any one help me?

never listen to the dealer, he might be very brilliant..don't go for Sharp...in this price range u can get a HD Ready LCD...not a FULL HD LCD....go for Sony or SAMSUNG.

so whats the difference between a HD ready and a Full HD???? there are two models in samsung and sony which comes in my budget....both r having a 32" panel display..which should i go for?
