boot problem. urgent help needed

Friends, i am in great trouble. I have windows 7 and 8 in my system. I was working with windows 7 and suddenly the electricity gone. My poor ups also couldn't resist. My system got shutted down suddenly. (my ups battery is already under trouble-it does not provide any battery backup to me).
Now come to my problem. When the elctricity has come, i switched on my computer. But it shows BIOSTAR logo and keeps on restarting. It does not goto boot entries.
Pls help me. What should i do? Step by step procedure is most welcome. What i have is a bootable pendrive with windows 7 in it. I need urgent help from you guys.

You can try repairing windows from the booted pendrive. If that doesnt work and u dont have important files on windows 8 u can install 8 again on the drive which would replace the boot partition.

hi there bud first of all check that your hdd is detected by the pc or not.

and if the HDD gets detected check for bad sectors ( use HDD manufacturers diagnostic bootable app for this ) and also check the ram modules using memtest86+ app.

Reset BIOS.

i dont think resetting the bios will do any good.
