Blogging in Word 2007 -Uploading Images

When we configure Word 2007 for blogger, Inorder to upload images, it asks

Upload URL

Source URL

what are these things?

I have registered for flickr and i am unable to find these URLs .

Isn't there a Flickr service in the Provider menu?

Its there but I don know how to get the upload and source URLs for my account.
