Blog Theme Changed....Opinion needed

i have just changed the theme of the blog and i think it looks a lot nicer then the older one and a bit more professional...so how is the theme in your opinion. plz do tell me also suggest the features u would like here....
And also any changes in the placement and things
I am still adding all the widgets and stuffs so plz check it back and tell me.....

hey jal tell which kind of theme do u need and i can help u find one.
and about the button on the top ...home and perfil....i have just added the link for the home button and thinking about the rest of them...

and guys plz suggest some widgets which i can add in the blog and give ur opinion on the new design....
