WEll yes. but will depend on ping. I have a friend who too has a Photon and he gets pings of around 180ms(least) and usually hovers around 250-300ms making them playable

any higher pings= not playable

I would feel lucky if you also mention where ur friend lives.

It's still playable at higher pings, just that your pings should be stable and deviation should not be much.

You will have to look ahead aiming. I play almost on 350+ ping servers when with friends.

As for game BF 3 would be first choice.

And yes you'll be able to play MP with that speed.
