I have played the BF3 multiplayer for 500 hours+.
Need I say more?
For console its still a close call if you like single player, but for PC Battlefield all the way.

Has anyone played any of the game (or both) in Ultra-High settings ? 
Also I have played every game of COD franchise till COD MW-2 (Infinity Ward) and Black Ops (treyarch). S, I love the *Surprises* like we fall from building or someone holds our hand at right moment.... Is there anything like this in BF 3

I dont remember properly, but I think I have (Uninstalled the game long ago, dont remember what the video setting was). If its the graphics you are talking about, yes, BF3 looks better than MW3. There are some cutscenes, that'll make you go wow.
As far the surprise moments go, I dont recall any. But wait for the others to chip in. I have played so many games in between that now I'm not really sure which cutscene comes from which game

The one at the absolute end, IMO, is every bit as good as any hollywood production. Actuallyits better than that. Just make sure you have a good headphone on

SP is playable in ultra on my rig. but MP I have to turn off AA and other settings.

My question is should I buy BF3 or COD MW3. My requirements are brilliant graphics and Single Player as we all know the internet service of India. Even MP is also an requirement but I'll give an extra edge to SP than MP.

Pre-ordering MOH Warfighter gives you access to Battlefield 4 beta.
Maybe the franchise fans would like this, but bf3 is still new and the campaign for bf4 has already started.
COD is still worse, every November a gonna be world's no. 1 action fps is released. it would be nice if Activision fires infinity ward and handovers the COD franchise to treyarch. they are a bit better at innovation.

WEll yes. but will depend on ping. I have a friend who too has a Photon and he gets pings of around 180ms(least) and usually hovers around 250-300ms making them playable
any higher pings= not playable
