Best mobile phone car charger

Looking for a fast n reliable mobile phone car charger.

Mobile - Redmi note 3.

Tried USB port charging via a USB cable, but it did not work.

Have heard the cigarette port chargers are fast. Please recommend one.

Budget - around Rs. 500.

I got a Philips car charger from Croma a few years back. Been working great. It is a 1A rated charger.

You can go for this. I am using this one for 2+ years now. It comes with triple USB ports + permanent microUSB cable. I don't remember if it supports fast charging, but it still charges my S9+ very fast. Can confirm in some time if you really wish to know.
