    Try CCleaner to uninstall

Othrwise just delete the AVG folder from program files and use tune-up utilities or CCleaner to remove registry entries.

    Tats all...!!!

Try some other uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller.

AVG themselves have a complete standalone uninstaller.
    Try it
