Check out cost to cost price list , if you haven't .. they have nicely priced parts without GST .. and GST rates separately ...

though they haven't mentioned G4560 price but without inflation it shouldn't cost more than Rs 4,600-4700 ...

on newegg it is listed for 130 $ currently

Yes i think. There are shipping(Rs.105) and gateway (Rs.113) charges after that and total leads to 5,773
