Why would that be? If you might have noticed that a mod himself has replied in this thread. It's not illegal to trade legal PS3 games.

I think one copy is to be installed in one pc only But I don't know about this much.
I was just warning them that this can happen if some one wise go thourgh this.

Console game exchange is not illegal. In US You get to rent Console games like movies.
