any solution for activation

yeah via phone.... if u have a genuine copy just activate over phone...

for pirated ones, this is not the place to ask...

If you are re-installing on system with existing WinXP, you can backup the activation and restore it - details available at *www.windowsnetworking.com/kbase/Wi.../Miscellaneous/BackupRestoreXPActivation.html

true and if it is activated once on the same system and genuine copy then no prob u can re-activate without registration.
