Android phone buying advice

pls guys provide me details & comparisions on which fone to take outta all these.
pls provide me suggestions acc to my use.
u can also suggest differnt from these also.

& pls dont suggest Samsung Galaxy S2, i know its a gr8 fone, but its way outta my budget

Incredible S & LG Optimus 2X.

nexus s ---> discontinued.
defy ---> 15k mobile.
Neo ---> discontinued/late/etc.
Arc ---> ONLY if style comes first.
Galaxy S ---> not recommended at 25k budget.

Nexus S -->
I can get Nexus S through ebay.
So if are not suggesting nexus s just because of its availablity, then pls reconsider ur suggestions 'coz i m gettting it through ebay.
Overall how is nexus s, does it have any problems with the fone.

Xperia ARC -->
in case of ARC, style is the last option, before that an all round package comes first.
i chossed arc 'coz of its bigger screen, good resolution, good cam.
i dont about its multimedia perfomance & compititveness with other smartphones.

lG Optimus 2X -->
i dont know why but from years ago, i havent liked the brand LG.
even if it produces good smart fones, still then i woudnt go for it.
i would go for smartphone having features less then Optimus , but never lG.

Incredible S -->
its a good fone, but i suppose battery issues has plagued this one too like other hTC fones.

So pls tell me which is good one between between these 3 :
Nexus S vs Incredible S vs Xperia ARC

in terms of hD gaming, Video performance, battery Life, UI & Multitasking.

I am using Xperia Arc. Internal memory is only 320 MB. If you are an app junkie, internal memory is too less for you.
Price is on the higher side compared to others.
Apart from that I do not see any problem. With 512 MB RAM, it runs fine, not ultra fast, just fine. Picture clarity is OK for me, nothing great. Sound through bundled headphones are not good, using soundmagic PL30.
After upgrading to 2.3.3, battery life is also very good. Easily going 2 days while using as a Smartphone.
If you can live with the low internal memory and the high price, I will absolutely recommend this one.

would suggest u Incredible S,easily available for 23-23.5k.
It has a good screen,good camera,good hardware.
When I was buying this I compared it with Galaxy S and SE Arc and found it much better than them

Neo-is not available
Nexus S is out of stock on almost every website
Defy is for people having a budget of 15k

If you can get it through ebay, then Xperia neo will be easily available for around 20-21K

But if your budget is 25K, then go for LG O2X or hTC Incredible S no questions asked

Yes we can use app2sd but still some traces of the s/w remains on the phone. And some of them are not moveable.
I had around 135+ apps installed and only 20-30mb internal memory left.

i Just checked ebay.in & i can get Xperia Neo for 20k

i Now have made up my Mind to buy outta these 3 phones :

1} Nexus S --> 19K

2} Xperia Neo --> 20k

3} Incredible S --> 23k

pls people suggest which one should i take & give me some comparision between these 3 advantages/disadvantages.

& pls look thorugh money also 'coz i have jus 24k in my hand & if the cell is cheaper so i can buy other items too like BLUETOOTH HEADSET
