My basic expectations of the phone are: camera, music, lively dislay, and smoothness of UI. Not too much into bootloading/Cyanogen/etc.

One more thing. Is the Xperia P worth the wait? Expect it to be here by April.
Looks are important. Don't want to own a brick like the Galaxy series. Arc S design caught my eye. And the Sensation XE Beats also an attraction i cannot seem to resist.

Note is really a very good device and if you think then I think you should get Sensation XE,its really a great phone.
Arc S if good for people having a budget of 21-22k.
And if you wait for sometime then I suggest you to wait, hopefully HTC One X will be launched soon and it will be priced around 31k(most probably).

IMO wait for a month or so, even if you want to buy phone that exist in market(leaving new launches) their prices will be dropped as soon as new phones are launched..

excellent specs but old. With a budget of 30k, its best to wait. WMC is just over and next 2-3 months will see numerous launches & pricecuts.
