Gorilla Glass: You cannot expect Gorilla Glass in this price range. Even Nexus S doesnt have one.
Android 2.3: I am already on Android 2.3 using a Custom ROM. Also Spice has just release an official 2.3.. only 2 days ago.
Battery: I get 1.5 days of battery on regular use. It is on par with any of the android smartphone
Internal Storage: You have 1 gb internal memory which is enough to store ur apps. You also have an option to store ur apps on the SD.

Well the main thing you need to consider is the price difference between the both. Mi410 is around 13-13.5 and Galaxy SL costs around 18k.

So for the price you are paying, you can't get anything better than this, IMHO.

IMO Flipkart is the way to go. They have the best shipping and care AFAIK.
So don't worry, go for Flipkart.

for custom rom it is 70Mb+ usually but officially above 100Mb (usually 150Mb) as they load it with a ton of bloatwares.

useless apps bundled by the manufacturer of the mobile. but you can't simply remove the app as those are listed as system apps.

Defy+, maybe but most likely will be priced above 16k. then there are a few of Samsung's new line of Android mobile. they may get priced as low as 15k.

yes, as update is released it should come preinstalled. else if you don't have a fast Internet connection at home/office, visit Samsung service center & ask them. they'll update it for free in a few minutes.

final price should settle down at ~18k. nobody gonna pay 20k for those, maybe not even the die hard Sony Ericsson fans.

Yes Xperia Ray will easily cost around 20k+ on launch.
U can check out Motorola Defy+ or see the new Samsung Galaxy W i8150...(no idea when the Galaxy will launch though)
