Suggest phones for both budgets

Does Samsung Galaxy SL have bluetooth v3 ? What is the video capture resolution of HTC salsa ?

If you want to spend 15k exact get Motorolla Defy


if you can increase to 20k get the Samsung I9003 SL.Period

Xperia Mini pro is a great phone but its very thick (18mm). Thats why i'm not considering it.
Defy has no front camera although its a great phone.

Can someone tell me price of following phones @ Univercell :
HTC Salsa
Samsung Galaxy SL
Samsung Galaxy S
HTC Desire S

There seems to be price drop on the Samsung Galaxy i9003 SL on various sites. Saholic is the lowest at the moment - Rs.17499 with Flipkart the second lowest at Rs.17,900. This phone was available for over 20K few weeks back.

Defy was available for Rs.13,990 at ebay. If that deal is over the next best deal is at Saholic 14,399.

I'm not going to buy Defy.

I'll try to buy Samsung Galaxy SL

Yesterday Samsung Galaxy SL was priced @ 19.5k @ flipkart & today its 17.5k only !!

^^Its difficult to increase budget to 20k. I can consider a budget of 17.5k but at univercell the price is still 19.5k

Why don't you look at Spice Mi 410. You can get it for around 13-13.5K.

You get better specs that Galaxy SL and you can save some money too!

Actually the Mi-410 is a good phone too. It gives you the maximum bang for the buck and it's available around 13K now. It has got some good feedback from sites like mobileindian, fonearena and thegadgetfan etc.

I don't think spice is a reliable brand though the features are good. Moreover Spice Mi-410 doesn't have gorilla glass, document editor, android 2.3 upgrade, a weaker battery, lesser internal storage than Galaxy SL. I'll wait until prices comes down in univercell.

Does Samsung Galaxy SL have bluetooth v3 ?
