Take a look at the OUYA android gaming console. It is gonna start shipping in the US in March. IDK if it will come into Indian markets but you can get it imported. It costs $100 and is said to have a huge and popular game library. Many indie developers have shown interest in it. I suggest you consider it, because it is certainly the most marketed and popular upcoming Android gaming console and will get a lot of good quality games.
