I didnt know abt this statue in bangalore.Its located inside Eagleton Golf Village
One can reach the place via the Mysore road or Outer ring road (Location Map)

I was just amazed by the size of the statue.

Too bad .. rain played the spoil sport .. and we had to leave the place.. may be next week end there will be another trip to this place :)
Has anyone visited this place before? .. I didnt know abt this place untill today :(

In Hinduism, the Ādityas are a group of solar deities, the sons of Aditi and Kashyapa.

"Aditya" and its modifications like "Vikramaditya", "Aditya","Suryaaditya" etc are also common Indian male names, as a mark of respect to the Sun God.

^^ yes the photos are shot in a bad angle :(.. didnt have much time to take good snaps cause it was about to rain :(
