Always booted out of Yahoo Messenger

So yea, my YM keeps logging me in and out every 20 minutes or so. This happened when i reformatted my computer. I thought reformatting it again would fix it, so i did. But it's doing the same thing. I really need the call feature of YM.

Any suggestions to what i should do?

Do you have any firewall installed? If yes disable it and then try.

it happens only with yahoo india messenger
try to install the U.S.A version...

I have Y! India messenger. It never happened with me. Also get the latest version if you don't have that.

If you are being booted use y!tunnel.
But, I think if you were being booted y!m would crash instead of just loggin out. So its possibly a connectibity problem.

It could possibly be the connection but i don't understand why i don't get d/ced on games if it really was the internet.

it does seem that u r being booted.. The latest version of y msgr ll jus log u out instead of crashing.. Jus set the receive messages 4m unknown ids to no..

try to log into yahoo messenger from meebo.com
If the problem continues,it means you have problem with ur internet connection.

I can log in on YM using Meebo, even Trillian. It's just YM itself that's booting me out.

How do i get Yahoo Tunnel without buying it? >.<

Uninstall yahoo messenger,Download the latest Y.mess setup from here:
*messenger.yahoo.com/
And install it again.I am sure,this is a virus problem.Do,complete scan with any one good updated antivirus andtwo good updated antispyware.
