wait for Trinity based laptops. current laptops have GT520MX which is not suitable for most games and only offer bad battery life. By then maybe you'll find laptops with better graphics like GT630 which can run games at pretty descent settings.

The only laptop which fulfill all your requirements is:
Sony VAIO E Series VPCEG38FN
But unfortunately it is for 45k

Only good laptops with 15" screen size are there in your budget.
So now you decide whether you want a 15" or not

Can you enlighten us on why you specifically want a 14"? 15.6 inches laptops aren't abnormally big or heavy. IMHO 15.6" are better for entertainment and gaming.

this is a common misconception that 15.6" laptops are really heavy. some are but the new ones usually weight around 2.6-2.8kg for 15.6" and 14" weight ~0.2kg less. also 15.6" offer more battery life as a bigger battery can be fitted.

^^^the difference in weight in 14" and 15" is of min 300gms but also 14" is quite handy when compared to 15".
And I think 14" laptops offer more battery life
