One more thing,they put my conn. on sms mode but now i can talk to customercare directly...after 3 months though

The Yahoo zone has changed itself great
now the MAIL,MESSENGER,ADDRESSBOOK
has been made PAID OPTION
of Rs 30 per month
but the real thing is that if ur too busy
dont subscribe it will always say
"SERVER TOO BUSY "
"NO GATEWAY REPLY"
but for the persons who love yahoo "late methods"
it is the cheapest option for email. in INDIA
