Advice on buying a graphic card

Hi friends, my Close friend need a graphic card. So suggest some best cards in his budget.
1. Which Power Supply do you have?
Ans: Corsair GS600
2. What is your budget?
Ans: Around 12K
3. Which resolution will you game at?
Ans: 1600x900 . Samsung B2030.
4. What are your current computer
specifications?
Ans: I5 2500K , 4 GB RAM , DH67CL.

At that resolution a gtx560 or hd6870 will do great. Or if possible tell him to increase his budget by 1.5 or 1.6k and get a reference gtx560ti.
If going for 560, look for zotac oc edition. And if going for 6870 go for the h.i.s. IceQ X model.
