Ads popping up on MTNL Delhi BB

I am really unhappy that from now MTNL has started hijacking browsers and adding ads to the page of websites.


What actually the problem is that those ads take a whole lot of time to load from the mtnl's ip so I am unable to browse sites(with adblocker enabled, still).

Is there any solution to block them ? Is this also means that the ISP is snooping our browsing activity ?

MTNL can't "hijack" other sites to show adverts! That would be insane!

And if you still see adverts on some sites even with adblocker, then maybe you have to block the ad on that page manually, after which it won't be shown. You can do so by right clicking one ad, and try to block similar ads on the page.

Also, if you use Firefox, you can try the combination of "Bluhell" and "noscript" add-ons. Really helps me disabling ads/javascript.
