Aceess denied while using Incredimail Xe

Hello There

I installed IncredimailXe software just like Outlook express.
But I am not able to receive or send e-mail through this software.
I am getting authentication error in all mail servers.
I have my mail IDs in Yahoo, Indiatimes, Rediff, Hotmail.
so plz guide me

hi ! i have been using incredimail xe for quite some time now. its cool ! i think u simply follow up the instructions in setting things up. use only one mail account first. its quite simple. any specefic problem, do post again.
