A smartphone around 10k??

Hello guys. Once again one of my frinds needs a cellphone. Too many friends you see?...


Anyways.

Budget is around 10 k...
Smartphone is preferred.

Please do tell me if a phone slightly out of the budget is there, and it is damn good for the buck.

Some that I can remember are;
Nokia 5320 => I dont know the price.
Nokia 6120 Classic => I dont know the price.
Samsung i450w => I dont know the price.
Samsung i550/i550w => I dont know the price again.

look for the samsung galaxy 3@around 11.7k........android 2.1(2.2 expected soon...)...3.2 inch cap. touch screen....3.2 mp camera with autofocus but no flash.667 mhz processor ...overall a very good phone for the price..(i hve one myself)
