Perfect. if you want to cut down the price go for a much cheaper case like CM 430/431 get HAF if you really want to show off or you need tons of space for future upgrades if you dont care the case you could look down to case like CM elite 310/311
Remeber dont sacrifise your CPU coolere for cutting down the price SandyBridges come equiped with crap Cooler it is reallly very important to spend some bucks to get a Good cooler

IMO if you have a decent budget & planning for future upgrades, then never ever think of getting a Micro ATX board. Even if its Asus Maximus V Gene Z.

Minor Mods from VKL's Suggestions.

Processor : i7 2600k - 17k
CPU Cooler : Why not a Custom WC Loop -20k [Radiator, Pump with Anti Vib Kit, Hose, Ports & reservoir]
Mobo : Asus P8Z77-V - 15.5k
RAM : Gskill RipjawsX 8GB CL9 - 3k
PSU : Corsair TX 850 v2 - 8k
Cabinet : Corsair Carbide 500R - 6.5k [Biiig WC Loop require massive space & this mid tower can compete any CM HAF series including HAF 932.]

First thing first, when it comes to future upgrades, get a Best PSU & A BIG TOWER SIZE cabinet. Carbide features that space, where future upgrades can be housed all together & rest of the requirements can be taken care by TX 850 v2

Secondly, when it comes to Cooling. You have already experienced much with Air cooling part, try & get your hands on W-C Loop. EK & few more sites have decent offerings with worldwide shipping options. UPS or DHL can be easily preferred.

Comes close to 67k in total.

This rig is for a friend of mine. He wants to upgrade to a beefy GPU later...

Also d3p, a cooler is not necessary for now...

One more thing i forgot, a 128gb ssd is to be squeezed within this budget..

I suggest you to cut down the cabby from Sainatarajan's rig & get a carbide 400R
for SSD see this @ 9.2k
