A cell Phone Under 10k??

For 13-14K you can get the Motorola Defy Plus.

in 13-14 if i dont get a good phone with unlocked bootloader (saves a lot o trouble) AND a front facing cam then its of no use

+ the proccy architecture matters a lot

certainly "not the best proc" always wins the race but it has to have the "community support" too

neo V has the bravia engine but its bit more expensive than the 13-14k range. my best guess if its 15.5k then it should be a good buy. what say TDF fellas?

HENCE AFTER FINALIZING RESULTS,
HERE ARE THE RESULTS I GOT:- ANDROID UNDER 10k without any problem and Bad reviews reported by forum member :- HTC EXPLORER

UNDER 15k :- SE LIVE with Walkman

NOW please provide views under 20k and after getting all comments all myself post a sticky thread so that no will get headache .

For Under 17k Neo V is the best option.
For 19k LG Optimus 2X but I haven't got hands on this device so can't comment much about it.
For 20-21k Desire S is a very good option.But it is single core only
