5.1 headphone needed

hi,
I need a 5.1 headphone not stereo headphone which has 3 + 3 speakers for my laptop & desktop (I don't want to disturb others sleep with my surround effect enjoyment).
which company is selling good quality headphones?
my budget is 2-4K Rs.
If u have any links please give.
If available in India then its better.

Also good quality 5.1 speaker system around 2-3K Rs needed.
Please tell any good quality speaker system u know.

Zalman was gr8, but i doubt if its available now. It was for 3k.

Gainward one is for 2.4k.
I suggest get the Creative X-FI based headset stereo. They are almost audiophile quality ones.
