There is no 4G phone available in India except for Huawei Ascend P1 LTE via Airtel. Though availability of that is very limited.

Also India uses TD-LTE which no 4G LTE phone sold abroad can support. TD-LTE is used in India and China mainly. Which means if you import a 4G LTE model from abroad be it Iphone 5 4G or Galaxy S4 LTE, Xperia Z LTE you won't be able to use them in India because they do not support TD LTE bands.
