1. What is the purpose of the computer? What all applications and games are you going to run?
Ans: Mid-range gaming like Fifa 14, Need for Speed Rivals, Nba2K14, Mortal Combat Komplete Edition, Grid etc... multimedia, photoshop (starter). PS: Will be using for the next 4 years.

2. What is your overall budget? If you can extend a bit for a more balanced configuration, then mention this too.
Ans: 38k will be able to extend upto 2k.

3. Planning to overclock?
Ans: No

4. Which Operating System are you planning to use?
Ans: win 7

5. How much hard drive space is needed?
Ans: 1tb or 2tb.

6. Do you want to buy a monitor? If yes, please mention which screen size and resolution do you want. If you already have a monitor and want to reuse it, again mention the size and resolution of monitor you have.
Ans: Currently having Samsung 19inch. Will buy Dell S2240L later.

7. Which components you DON'T want to buy or which components you already have and plan on reusing?
Ans: Will not require Monitor, Graphic Card (will buy after 2-3 month), Speaker, UPS, keyboard and mouse.

8. When are you planning to buy the system?
Ans: Within 1-2 week.

9. Have you ever built a desktop before or will this be done by an assembler?
Ans: Yes,will assemble myself.

10. Where do you live? Are you buying locally? Are you open to buying stuff from online shops if you don't get locally?
Ans: Aizawl, Mizoram (North-east). Will but from online, I have checked Mdcomputers, theitwares and theitdepot.

Yes, you are correct. If I go for 1tb HDD and PSU as you suggested that way I can save more for the Monitor and later add another 1tb HDD and also another 4Gb RAM as well. And how about Corsair PSU CX500, CX600, VS550, the price seems to be lower than Seasonic S12II 520 (Rs.5175@Flipkart).

Don't go for the Corsair VS series, they are not good, If you want cheaper option, then opt for Antec VP550P PSU which is retailing around 3.6K.

Thanks for the suggestion, I have make an order in Itdepot, and I will be needing Graphic card so will post again after 1-2 months for your suggestion. here are my list....
