I'm assuming that you already have a Monitor; so excluding it from the suggested rig:-

Intel Core i5 2400 @ 9K (Kolkata price, check in Vedant)
Intel DH67BL-B3 @ 5.1K
Corsair Value 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 @ 1.2K
MSI Cyclone HD 6850 @ 9.8K
Logitec MK200 Keyboard & Mouse @ 0.7K
Corsair GS600 PSU @ 4K
NZXT Gamma Cabinet @ 2.3K
Intex 1000 VA UPS @ 2K

Total 34.1K

^^ I've already mentioned one shop name in my prev post; it is Vedant. Also check Arihant (near Sabir Hotel).

And for your requirement i5 2400 + H67 is enough. Also it enables us to accomodate a good Graphics card, main requirement for gaming, in the rig. If you can stretch your budget a little then get Sapphire HD 6870, available around 11K.

If I change your config a little......add i3 2100+Asus H67 and a good graphic card? is it OK for next few years(5-6)

Nopes. None can't be sure what will happen after 5/6 years, even if you get a 2700K, the highest end Sandybridge Processor. But 25 2400 is a better option if you want it for long run. The reason is i3 2100 is a dual core Processor with Hyper-Threading enabled. So it has 4 logical but only 2 Physical cores whereas i5 2400 is a true quad core CPU with4 Physical cores.
Now apps and games, both are getting more n more multi-threaded everyday. So a true quad core processor based on the same architecture is a better option for long run. i3 2100 is ok for now but within short period it will start to struggle to keep up with the multi-threaded apps and 2500 will be still kicking due to its four physical cores; infact its performance will increase.

Hey buddy, I'm also going to buy a new rig and created a thread *www.thinkdigit.com/forum/pc-components-configurations/148238-budget-rig-25k.html

You can take a look for reference.

Quoting the point that Cilus told me about same query.

No point in getting 2500k if you are not overclocking and not going to use the HD3000 IGP. So getting 2500k + H67 is a bad decission.

Instead you can get 2500 + H67, but for 1000 bucks 200MHz bump is not judged.

Let me clear a little here. A processor's speed is derived from the following equation: Base Clock Speed (BCLK) X CPU Multiplier.
Now all the K series Intel Sandybridge processors come with unlocked Multipler, makes overclock possible. But for this they need to be paired with Z68/P67 motherboards.
So (K series CPU+ Z68/P67 based mobo) combination will only let you overclock, no other combination won't.
Now if you want 2500K, you've to spend 11K for it. For a decent P67/Z68 motherboard, consider minimum of 8 to 9K. So the CPU + Mobo will cost you almost 20K and I don't think within rest of the 15K, a good Gfx card is possible.

1. for a 1600 x 900 a 6770 or a GTS 450 is good secondly a CX500 is enough to run singles card uptill cards like 6950
2. when u are get a 2500k in the budget y are u going for lower specs
3. u cant overclock a 2400 even by 20 mhz

Shibaprasad, if you're insisting for i5 2500K, then I don't think any Z68 based motherboard can be accomodated in the budget; you've to satisfied with P67based motherboard.
Get i5 2500K + Intel DP67DE combo @ (11.2 + 6)K = 17.2K
