Thanks buddy, but still it shoots off the budget. Really isn't under the budget.

Can you provide equivalent intel config ?

^^ I think jas's config is pretty good considering your future proofing demands. If you want to save up , consider the radeon 6670 instead and overall price will fall to 25k.

MSI R6670-MD1GD5 @ 5.3k

Opting for intel (sandybridge i3) will further overshoot the budget. You can try out the sandybridge based pentium dual cores if intel is a must. But the athlon II x4 is much much better.
