2.1 speakers for 3k

Hey everyone

Am planning to buy a 2.1 speaker set for around 3k. My use will be to connect it to my TV out (which gives only a stereo out) so want something that gives great performance for music and movies.

I've gotten some pretty sweet speaker sets over the years due to digit's advise, like the Umax set and the creative SBS. Please let me know if there are some speakers like this that have escaped the limelight but give amazing performance.

The Fenda's have some amazing reviews. But I've never even heard of this brand. I was also looking at the Edifier M1380 2.1 . Any suggestions on which would be better and how

Fenda is decent brand but Edifier is above it in terms of SQ.

try to extend the budget for C2 Or look out for 2.1 Multimedia Speaker with USB and Microphone Input Ports - P3080M | Edifier model in local market

Hmm ... I guess my main requirement is sound quality rather than raw power, which the Fenda seems to have plenty of. How do these compare to creative speakers or even Umax (which used to be digit's favourites for some time)
