+1 to this.

Or Flipkart.com: Asus K Series K53SC-SX054D: Computer for 35k but with 40% slower graphic card.

Issue, the Asus laptop is not 14", it is a 15.6" laptop.
khmadhu, are you open to 15.6" models?

I have another suggstion for 14" laptop, Asus A43SJ-VX114D @ 36K. It is available in here.

The config is good. But I am skeptical about asus service centers. How is their cc and after sales support?

Well, their desktop components service really sucks because of Rashi peripherals in most of the part of India but their Laptop service is very good and they provide 1 year of Global warranty.
My friend is using A53SJ, the 15.6" version of 14" A43SJ and I've tested it. The build quality is superior than other sub 40K laptops from different brands. Another + point is batterly life. Under standard load it gives almost 3.5 Hrs of backup and even while watching HD movies, the backup is almost 2.5 Hrs. Most of the games like COD4/6, BFBC2, Mafia II are playable with high setting and more demanding games like Crysis 2, Metro are also playable in medium setting with good FPS count.

@Cilus, I can consider 15.6 laptops. but slightly worried about power consumption. becoz more screen , means more power,
@ishu, thanks for the Asus suggestion, if the graphics card is good enough to run HD videos and auto cad software smoothly , i can consider that too..
