Office phone - Requirements-
1. Great battery life
2. Should not lag so at least 1 gb ram and quad core processor
3. Under 4.5" screen
4. Servicing quality should be good so only international brands (HTC, Sony, LG, Nokia, Microsoft, Samsung, Motorola)
Camera etc. nothing else matters.
Please give suggestions. Need to buy it in the next 24-48 hours.

Nothing in this range and screen size by any of the mentioned brand except of course Nokia, let others reply.

Lumia 730 or Moto G (2014) but both are at 13k.
Don't know if older Moto G is still in stock.
No other international OEM makes worthy phone for the budget and requirements.

Im willing to compromise a little on performance. But it has to be 4.5" or smaller and around 10k preferably

Old os also does not matter. But good battery life is a must. Sony xperia e3 and some other lg phones I had seen while looking around

The issue is that I need to record calls. I would have bought the lumia 638 for 6.5 k blindly if I could do that on Windows. I am even open to Blackberry if it can record calls.

Specification wise, its ok but has poorer screen resolution and lacks gorilla glass 3. Your decision to make.
