i have downloaded cool logon screens from www.deviantart.com but the extensions of those were (.logonxp) How to run/open up these files... do i need some software to apply them???? Please dont tell StyleXP.... it has been my worst nightmare

IE7 does not render download.com properly. almost nothing is there except a few sponsored links. the worst part is that the search box is not even there. is it a bug in IE7 or something else?
