i have four partitions.c(windows vista),d,e,f(windows xp).I installed vista and then followed the way to install xp over vista via the method provided here at digit(technet forum).My problem is that when i boot into xp there is a white bar which fills to the end and then the computer just hangs...

I am having apache 2.0.43 with php 4.4. Now at the first few days, it works fine. but after few days, the browser takes too long to open the htdoc contents(index). After some more days, the browser keeps on waiting with the message "Website found, waiting for reply" and keeps waiting forever...
