utorrent

I downloaded a video file from uTorrent. After the download completed I saw that I had around 20 or more files in the download folder with extensions r00, r01 etc. what to do of these files? has the video been downloaded?

I have a linksys WRT54G router connected to my PC .. the torrent client i'm using is utorrent , but its telling me that a certain port is not open/forwarded ... how can I do this ?

I have Zyxel P-660R-T1v2 adsl Router. Somehow some ports are blocked by router hence i am not able to download using utorrent using full bandwidth of 512. What all setting of router do i have to change so that bandwidth can be fully exploited. pic attached. Plz help :confused:
