how to remove the background color of the icons when a web page is used as a desktop background

If i can play doom 3, i can play eveery game. but :oops: when the game starts loading, i can see all the icons on my desktop. but not the menu of the game.

Where can i find cool Icons to replace Xp default folder icons ? i mean some cool png images for movies folder , music folder , programes folder etc......

hey....whats' this....??? i installed longhorn trans' pack 7.......n then un-installed it...... the longhorn has left its mark behind..... it took away my default icons for folders, my computer n all...... i tried to restore default icons in the display settings but didn't work....plz.....help...
