hi i have a 2.8 gz intel proccesor(the hot one with hyperthreding and pinless design). and a intel orignal 915 gav mobo. i have 256x2=512 mb ddr ram at 400 mhz. i am planning to buy 1gb more ram. which is the best ddr ram. and is ddr2 supported by my mobo.

Friends keep the technical details aside and tell me how really fast is DDR2 than DDR. Does it make any viewable difference. And same thing about the frequency.
