Sorry for this, but its my personal opinion
So, its a matter of personal opinion because specs are the same. g400 is more comfortable but deathadder is a bit more stable.
But there is no use of buying a GFX now because even after upgrading your PSU and GFX you will now not be able to play the games you mentioned on 1440*900, as you want, because of your cpu and memory. You still have to play these games on low settings.
No use getting a GFX when you are not...
You need a new UPS, because while heavy gaming the consumtion of power increases and if it crosses 500W and at the same time if light goes off, then your PSU wont be enough to handle that much power and then there might be problems with your PSU and the pc will improperly ie. directly turn off...
I dont think so. I just remembered that i also had a similar issue 1.5yrs ago with my old pc. When i started it up, the leds and the fans inside started and turned off after 1-2 secs. I replaced the PSU and everything was fine thereafter.
