@Germz Agree with you. My brother bought this phone last week and he seems to be very satisfied with it. I didn't get to use it much but it looks fantastic. Really really nice design.

I noticed that my phone gets properly detected in the Ovi Suite and syncs effectively , that alone makes it a worthwhile update. Seems more snappy ofcourse.

Could you explain more what you mean by that ? RDS means that you can get information like what song is playing etc... but only if the radio station supports. A few stations in India support RDS, you should try it out.

Actually , the N8 has the biggest sensor ever in a mobile , bigger than many point and shoot cameras. It also has a Xenon flash ! SO it can very well replace a digi cam.

Congrats Rohan ! How do you like the camera on the phone? I'm loving the awesome wide angle images from it. Btw , what is everyone using to share the images ?

Try using the landscape mode qwerty keyboard, its much better than the T9 keyboard whule held in portrait mode. my favorite feature has to be suuport USB On-The-Go ! Now i can connect a pen drive or portable mouse to my cellphone !

Haven't tried that yet but maybe it is because of high bitrate or resolution ? Videos taken on it playback fine. Music playback is also not an issue and it displays proper in-file album art. Speaker is remarkably loud and clear.

@tobby : You will love this phone. It is really nice... the keyboard is great for messaging. The messaging application has inbuilt smiles too :) I bought it a few days ago and my favorite feature has to be the social application which allows me to connect to facebook , twitter directly...

The default S40 browser is decent but this phone also comes with Opera Mini which is VERY good... you can get desktop level browsing...

I believe that the phone is going for about 6500... maybe Germz can confirm ? I think its really good value for money. I really liked the blue color.

RAWViewer is the application for that :) There is an application for every productivity related task on the N900 !

That would be myPaint :D Complete pressure sensitivity based painting..... it is perfect to exploit that resistive ts with awesome sensitivity.

Of course ! There is ansela which is like a mini photoshop for your smartphone. you can enjoy all sort of editing options including adjusting the color saturation etc.. !
